We had a graet time in Prague and have recommended it to all our friends. The hotel was also an important part of our holiday as it was at a perfect location Even although it was on a busy street, the noise from traffic was minimal.We will definitely be back--the bridge tells us so.

I was very dissapointed because we had requested a quiet room and did not get one. Even after changing to a 'quieter' room the noise was still unbearable. The only good aspects are the clean and modern bathroom and the location. But for the money we paid, I would rather stay away from the centre and get a taxi into town.

The hotel was very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well furnished, though small. However, it was extremely noisy, as our window overlooked a tram stop. The trams run 20 hours per day - Earplugs necessary.

Superb location right by tram stop into the town.Excellent en-suite room,very very clean with top quality fittings. Breakfast continental but wholesome and with plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Well recommended.Try it.

Great Hotel, very good value for the money. I have already recommended Prague and this hotel to friends wishing to get away for a few days. Only minor critism being that there was no facility to get drinks other than breakfast. For cheap and very useful transport to the hotel, try pragueairportshuttle@seznam.cz-. If I ever get back to prague I will probably go to this hotel again

A well situated hotel in the centre of Prague. A minor criticism re. some sound from the trams - which pass directly by the side of the hotel - at night, but it soon becomes part of the ambience. Rooms are clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have fantastic power showers, with an inexhaustible supply of hot water. Breakfast is the usual continental. There are some good local restaurants only a short distance away - a particular favourite - at the more expensive end for Prague - is the Blue Duck, which is literally around the corner from the hotel and well worth a visit. Overall, good value for money, and no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.

Very much value for money.Location perfect - quiet yet within strolling distance of all the major sight seeing attractions and of course all the restaurants you could hope to find.

This hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable, with helpful staff and a good breakfast. It is just a short walk from the Charles bridge. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel itself is solid, quiet, clean and well-appointed, in a very convenient location (there is a tram stop exactly fifteen paces from the front door!); it represents good value for the money.

This is an excellent hotel - really comfortable and very close to the city centre. The price is very reasonable. Parking is a 5 minute walk away and not cheap - but it is city centre!

I can't figure out why the Hotel William remains undiscovered. The rooms are beautiful, the location is perfect for walking everywhere, the breakfast and service ar excellent and the price is half that charged for similar quality anywhere else in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel. We felt that we were taking a chance on it because we couldn't find any references online, but it turned out to be much more than we expected. It's a wonderful 3 star hotel.
