Booked hotel and transfers with Sasha and both were excellent. Hotel was very good value for money, the staff were excellent and very friendly. Tours were booked with pick up at the hotel and taxi's called, nothing was too much trouble. The flight arrived almost an hour late but the driver was waiting at the exit with our name on the board. As stated in other reviews transport is close by and the metro is very easy to use and it is only a 10 minute walk to Wensaslas Square. Leganda restaurant has very cheap good quality food, Legarova 60 is also very good, slightly more expensive but more up-market. The Evergreen club is also very good but unusual for Prague is non-smoking. When we visit Prague again we will definitely use Sasha, everything was superb.

Good hotel rooms very spacious with good fasilities. Very clean and the staff (female)very pleasent (male)what I was expecting but very willing. Close to Metro and Trams and a fixed price taxi service which the hotel phoned for you and they arrived spot on time. There was so much to see a 20 minute walk to the old town seemed to take only a few minutes. The walk back to the hotel there was a bit of an incline. Thank you Sasha youv'e done it again.

A very comfortable stay in a convenient location, just about five minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Our bedroom was good and so was the breakfast, very good. We were disappointed not to have a bath in our en-suite and, be warned , there are no plugs for the wash basins! Small quibbles however and we shall certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

We visited the hotel over New Year and were pleased with the service. Nice and clean rooms, very nice and helpful girl in reception staff, no que at the breakfast (as expected),very warm room - which is nice in a cold Prague (just had to open window a few times!) Water in shower was ice cold once, but no big deal. To reach the main tourist areas we walked 5 minutes to Pavlova Metro, then 1-2 stops with the tube to reach the tourist center, Old Town. Thanks to a recommendation on this review site we visited the Evergreen Club restaurant, which was a very nice, cute place across the road.On New Year's eve we had a very nice dinner at the jewish restaurant King Salomon in Josefov area. Booking hotel through Sasha was very easy too, and a nice experience. We've used your service previously when booking room in Paris, and we keep recommending this site to our friends!

The hotel was superb. We are planning a trip back to Prague in the New Year with our two sons and will definitely be booking the same hotel through yourselves.

This Hotel is clean, well organised, nicely located with close connections to the Prague transit and the City. It would certainly be on our list for a re-visit.

Nice Hotel within easy walking distance of all the city sights. Rooms were clean and simple, breakfast was a bit of a scramble for tables but we managed OK. We liked the fact the everthing was secure, front door access card required, inner doors between lift and rooms required a key. Didn't get chance to look at the suana etc, too busy looking round the sights. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. Would recommend.

An excellent and welcoming hotel which I would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in using again. The restaurant andbreakfast rooms were of a high standard and the spillover breakfast room in the basement was especially thoughtful as it saved any waiting. The standard of cleanliness was first class and although on a busy road, was quiet.

Just wated to say many thanks for booking me an excellent Prague Center Hotel

11.09.2003 Pam (Newcastle UK)
Excellent little hotel, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was more than adequate. Pleasant room, we were at the back which was quiet. Very near to Metro and trams. Excellent value for money.

05.09.2003 Brenda Rothwell (England)
Hotel was well located just 5 minutes walk from Wenslast Square but on a very busy road. You could not have the windows open for the noise, would suggest you ask for a room with air conditioning. The staff at reception were all very helpful and spoke good english. Room was spacious and clean and breakfast was simple but good. Would recommend to friends if they needed a place to stay.

We were very pleased with everything.

14.08.2003 Mark Leedham (Warwickshire England)
Very nice hotel but if offered the choice of front or rear room take the rear we chose front, the noise of traffic unreal with windows open (but quiet shut) if warm as it was for us would benefit from aircon otherwise nice and clean, breakfast a little boring not much choice,if going again would stay a bit closer to centre (if price was as good)although only a ten minute walk got a bit of a drag towards end of stay

Definitely good value for money. The rooms are spacious and well equipt. The receptionists are fantastic. They are happy to recommend restaurants/make reservations/book taxis etc. to help you make the most of your stay as well as help with any other questions/queries. The hotel is really handy for trams and metro too, and all the main tourist areas are within walking distance.

24.06.2003 Martin Dean (London)
A very nice and recently refurbished hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff, a bit of a rarity in CK. Close to Metro, McD, KFC and a very nice bar, which is next door. Walk able into main part of town. When we go back to Prague we will stay there again.

01.05.2003 Nigel (Cambridge, UK)
My wife and I stayed in the hotel for a week while we were visiting Prague. For the price, we were happy with what we received. The rooms were clean and large. Our room was right on the street and the windows must've been quadruple glazed or something because traffic noise didn't bother us. The hotel is probably a 10-minute walk from the Museum metro stop, although the metro and trams are available at IP-Pavlova, which is less than 5 minutes walking. It's a fine hotel, with the following exceptions: -You'll have to go down early for breakfast if you want to make sure you get in. The dining room for breakfast is very small and we ended up going out almost every day (partly b/c we don't like euro-breakfast) to avoid standing around waiting for a place to sit. I'm sure there are hotels with more stars closer to the action, but this one is a pretty good deal at the price.

Clean, comfortable with friendly & helpful staff. The Legenda bar/restaurant a couple of blocks to the right has a good atmosphere and good, cheap food.

17.12.2002 John Collier (Lincolnshire)
First class on all aspects could do with a proper BAR but plenty of good ones around, the one next door is great.

06.10.2002 Amelia Fisher (Bristol, England)
Fantastic transfer service and lovely, clean and friendly hotel. Excellant value for money - would stay here again. Only a short walk from main sites even walked to the castle from here. Fantastic!!!

23.09.2002 Lin and Jacqueline (Milton Keynes)
The hotel room was very comfortable. Very close to the centre and the buses and trams were 2 minutes away. All in all it was easy to get to places either by foot or transport. The people who manned reception were friendly and always able to help. Would return.

26.08.2002 Forbes and Rosie Catto (Auchtermuchty, Fife, Scotland)
Excellent value, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fine. Very close to centre great value for money. Will return.

20.07.2002 Jim Dunbar (Monifieth, Dundee, Scotland)
Excellent service, clean and convenient for centre of Prague. Recommend guided walking tours from astronomical clock.

17.07.2002 Rosemary and Peter Eiden (Wisconsin USA)
Very nice hotel and location. Rooms in the back of the hotel were surprisingly quiet on such a busy street. Security was great. The breakfasts were adequate. We wish there would have been more instructions offered on modes of local tranportation and how to use them. A map posted on the wall of the lobby would have been helpful.

10.07.2002 Carole, Andy, and Laura (United Kingdom)
Our stay in Prague was very enjoyable. The hotel was just how i had imagined and more, staff really friendly and obliging, even down to recommending such a wondeful restaurant only across the road!!( you must go there too, The Evergreen Club).

05.07.2002 20 year anniversary (Iowa, USA)
Rear rooms look out onto a large, green courtyard. Rooms are very quiet despite the heavy street traffic.

22.06.2002 Chelsea (Pembs, Wales)
Excellent hotel, ideal for a couple, really good value for money and an easy 10 minute walk to the scenic bits of Prague.

08.05.2002 AM & BB (North Carolina, US)
Hotel is brand new in refurbished building. Room was large and nicely furnished. Of course, the shower was teeny but on a par with most showers in Europe. Staff was very helpful. Desk clerk gave us very good recommendations for dining out. Hotel is about a 2-2/2 block walk from subway stop and only a few stops from old section of city. We'd stay there again.

01.05.2002 Tracy (Nottingham, England)
